- Details of Disappearance:
- A man named Broach went on vacation to Alaska from Texas in August 2016. He stayed at the Alyeska Resort Hotel. On August 2nd, he went for a hike on the Winner Creek Trail sometime between 7:30 and 9:00 pm and never came back. His wife in Texas reported him missing on August 4th because he missed his flight home.
His car and belongings were left at the hotel. His phone has been off ever since. The trail he hiked is well-maintained and popular, so it’s easy to walk. Police searched the trail but found nothing to show what happened to him, just some trash and footprints that weren’t definitely his. A bigger search was done, but Broach was never found. The mystery of his disappearance remains unsolved.
