Details of Disappearance:: Tyreek disappeared in Fredericksburg, Virginia on September 29, 2004, while he was with his mom’s boyfriend, Herman Lee Black. Black told different stories about what happened to Tyreek, and police found Tyreek’s blood on Black’s clothes. Black was originally charged with murder, but he admitted to accidentally killing Tyreek and neglecting him. He got a 10-year prison sentence. After he was in prison, he told his lawyer where Tyreek’s body was: in Lake Anna. The police searched and found Tyreek’s body.
