- Details of Disappearance:
- On June 18, 1994, Powell left his home on Brushy Butte Mountain near Roseburg, Oregon, and vanished. Two days later, his black Ford F-250 truck was discovered abandoned near Dixonville, Oregon. His wallet, keys, and wedding ring were still in the truck, but Powell was gone and has never been found. Not much is known about what happened to him.
