Details of Disappearance:: On June 17, 2007, Cox had a boating accident on the Sacramento River and vanished. Everyone thought he drowned, but his body wasn’t found. Then, in March 2009, someone found a foot in a shoe near Dog Island Park. Tests showed it was Cox’s foot. The rest of his body is still missing.
