- Wilson vanished on October 27, 2007, in Grants Pass, Oregon. He was with his rifle and his 80-pound dog, Brutus (a Labrador/Mastiff mix), and hasn’t been seen or heard from since.
His red 1998 Isuzu Rodeo (Oregon plates 027CPP) was found abandoned a few miles from Briggs Valley Road – his keys were left on the front tire. He knew the area well and often went there to shoot. A big search found nothing. No one knows for sure what happened to Wilson.
