- Michael Klecha vanished on December 27, 2017, after a bank visit in Auburndale, Florida. He was moving out of his Lakeland apartment, and hasn’t been seen or heard from since.
His roommates took his stuff after he disappeared. One roommate, AJ Perez Seda, had Klecha’s phone, passport, and debit card. He also traded Klecha’s Jeep for drugs. The Jeep was later found wrecked in Tampa and taken back by the bank.
Klecha worked for Disney and went to gay nightclubs in the Tampa Bay area. Police don’t think he just ran away; they suspect foul play, possibly related to domestic violence or drugs. The case is still open.
