- On May 10, 1984, a college student named Roberson went to the beach at Fort Pickens in Florida. She was visiting her aunt and uncle in Pensacola. She told them she’d be back by 5:30 pm, but she disappeared. Her car and purse were left at the beach entrance. Her belongings – towel, purse, and shoes – were found on the beach, with footprints leading towards the water. Police think she might have drowned, but they haven’t ruled out other possibilities. The case remains a mystery.
