Distinguishing Characteristics:: Distinguishing Characteristics Caucasian male. Sandy brown hair, green eyes. Gately has a tattoo of a one-inch wavy braid design circling his upper right arm. He is slightly balding and has significant body hair and possibly some stubble on his face.
Details of Disappearance:: Gately disappeared in late 2012. He last saw his family on December 21st, after dropping his girlfriend off at the San Francisco airport on December 12th. He was in Ojai, California, but might have gone to Los Angeles. His family tried to reach him after a collect call attempt on December 29th went unanswered. He hasn’t been seen or heard from since. He may be driving a gray and black Honda with expired temporary license plates (from January 2013). Police in Santa Cruz County are looking into what happened to him.
