- Details of Disappearance:
- On January 3, 2018, Kareck, who lived in Sparks, Nevada, was visiting friends in Brookings, Oregon. At 9:30 a.m., he and a friend were on a rock near the Indian Sands Trail when a big wave hit them. Kareck’s friend was okay, but Kareck was pulled out into the ocean and disappeared. A big search was done, but they never found him. It’s believed he drowned.
