- Distinguishing Characteristics Caucasian male. Dark brown hair, brown eyes. Lang keeps his hair very short. Both his arms are tattooed; one of the tattoos is of a sword with the “Forbearance” on it.
- Details of Disappearance:
- Lang, a mechanic from Hinsdale, New Hampshire, died by suicide on April 3, 2011. He shot himself on the French King Bridge in Erving, Massachusetts, and his body fell into the Connecticut River. The current swept his body away, and despite a big search, it was never found.
Lang had served in the army (1998-2000) in Bosnia and Kuwait. He had a history of mental illness and had been hospitalized twice in New Hampshire. His death occurred shortly after leaving the hospital.
He enjoyed many hobbies, including reading, fixing motorcycles, traveling, running marathons, and hiking long trails. He lived with his parents in Hinsdale, and the local police are helping to investigate.
