- Details of Disappearance:
- On January 24, 2005, around 8:00 or 8:30 a.m., Soles was last seen at Shaw’s Corner Store in Andrews, South Carolina. She ate a hot dog, used the phone to call her dad to pick her up, but he was too sick. Soles said she’d walk home, but she never arrived. A search dog followed her scent a short way from the store, then lost it.
Soles lived with her dad and son. Her son now lives with his grandmother. Although Soles sometimes left home unexpectedly, she always kept in touch and never disappeared for long. Lots of rumors about what happened to her exist, but none are true. The mystery of her disappearance remains unsolved.
