- Details of Disappearance:
- Allen disappeared on November 20, 1997, in Emporia, Virginia. He was seen at the Zipmart on Main Street between 3:00 and 5:00 p.m. While walking home, he accepted a ride from a stranger. He’s never been seen or heard from since. He was receiving disability payments due to a construction injury, but hasn’t cashed any checks since he vanished. Allen was a Marine and had three children. Police haven’t solved his case.
