- Details of Disappearance:
- Kelley disappeared in Gold Hill, Oregon on May 31, 1995. He’d recently moved there from Washington after getting a divorce. His family found him that day acting strangely (delusional) and possibly drunk or high. He ran away from them toward the Rogue River. He’s never been seen or heard from since. It’s thought he might have fallen or jumped into the river, but not much is known about what happened.
