Details of Disappearance:
On January 8, 2011, in Walterboro, South Carolina, a man named Williams was last seen after being shot near Koth and Baker Streets. Another man, Chris Chapman, was also shot at the same time. Williams was seen injured nearby but disappeared afterward. A few weeks later, Emmanuel “Manny” Buckner turned himself in and was charged with trying to kill Chapman, but he hasn’t been charged in connection with Williams’s disappearance. Williams, an aspiring musician who lived on Green Pond Highway, is still missing, and the police haven’t solved his case. A picture of Buckner is available.
