- Brumley disappeared in Columbus, Ohio on July 4th, 2003. Police initially closed the case that fall because someone said they’d seen him. But his family never heard from him, so the police reopened the case in 2010. He had homes in different parts of Columbus—the south side, near the state fairgrounds, and on the east side—making it harder to track him down. Not much is known about what happened to him.
