- On November 25, 2014, Harvey, a crab fisherman, went out from Burroughs Bay in Friday Harbor, Washington, to check his crab traps. He wasn’t wearing a life jacket. He disappeared. His boat was later found damaged and empty near Cape St. Mary. Nobody has seen or heard from him since.
