- On September 15, 1988, Harmon left her home in Jacksonville, Florida, around 9:00 pm to visit her boyfriend. She never came back.
Before she disappeared, Harmon reported to the police that her boyfriend had threatened to kill her. They had been together for four years, but she was breaking up with him because he was very jealous and violent. He’d even pointed a gun at her just hours before she vanished.
Police investigated, but Harmon was never found. The case remains a mystery.
