- Shawver disappeared. The last time anyone saw him was November 19, 2016, in St. Maries, Idaho. His wife got a text from him in Seattle that day, but that was the last contact.
Police stopped looking for him on December 11, 2016, because someone called and said Shawver was okay and wanted to be left alone. But this person wasn’t identified, and Shawver never contacted his family. So, the police started searching for him again in June 2017.
He might be driving a maroon 2006 Ford F-350 pickup truck with Idaho license plate KV2800. The mystery of what happened to him remains unsolved.
