Distinguishing Characteristics Caucasian male. Brown hair, brown eyes. Some agencies may list Izzett’s eye color as blue. He has a mole on his neck and a scar on his abdomen. He has had a tonsillectomy, and tubes have been inserted into both of his ears. Izzett previously fractured his left foot; the injury had healed by the time of his July 1995 disappearance. His nickname is Donnie.

Details of Disappearance:

In May 1995, Izzett finished his freshman year at Frostburg State University and started traveling around. He visited his mom in Maryland on May 7th and called her again on May 14th, sounding panicked and saying he was in Santa Monica, California, needed money, and wanted to come home. That was the last time anyone heard from him.

Izzett’s travels were complicated. He moved between Maryland, California, Florida, Mississippi, and possibly Canada. He had a friend, Shane, who was allegedly abusive. Their relationship seemed rocky and involved multiple moves across the country together, marked by arguments and separations.

The only solid evidence of his whereabouts is a traffic ticket from Arizona on May 22nd, driving Shane’s car. He was supposed to go to court, but didn’t show up. A friend last heard from him in San Francisco in July.

Izzett’s mother reported him missing in July 1995. Police have investigated, including searches in Mississippi, but haven’t found him. There’s been no activity on his accounts since his disappearance, and foul play is suspected. His case remains unsolved, leaving his family with many unanswered questions.
