Details of Disappearance:: On June 28, 2003, in Sylacauga, Alabama, Riggsby left her home near Avondale Avenue and Old Birmingham Highway around 8:00 or 8:30 a.m. She walked to a nearby convenience store (a short walk away), used a payphone, and then disappeared. Nobody saw her leave the store, even though there were security cameras. She’s never been seen or heard from since. Police think she’s dead, but they haven’t solved the mystery of what happened to her.
