Distinguishing Characteristics:: Distinguishing Characteristics Hispanic female. Black hair, brown eyes. Peluffo has a skin discoloration on her chest and a scar on her elbow or shoulder from a childhood biking accident. She may dye her hair burgundy.
Details of Disappearance:: In July 2015, a woman named Peluffo disappeared. She’d been on a solo vacation in Daytona Beach, Florida, after traveling from her home in North Carolina with her fiancé. Two days before she vanished, the car she was driving (her fiancé’s car) was found abandoned. Two days after that, on July 16th, her purse and ID were discovered near the beach in a nearby town. She’s never been seen or heard from since. This is unusual, as she always kept in touch with her fiancé and daughter (who was in Costa Rica at the time). The police haven’t been able to solve the mystery of what happened to her.
