- Little Ellisya went missing from Philadelphia on November 30, 2008. Police think her dad, Budi Muyla Santoso, took her. Budi is wanted for cheating someone out of money, and pictures of him are available. He was 32 years old at the time, an Indonesian man who speaks English and Indonesian. He’s about 5’9″ to 5’10”, weighs around 185 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes. They might be in Indonesia now, but nobody knows where Ellisya is. The case is still open.
