- Details of Disappearance:
- Andrea, a little girl, disappeared from New Haven, Connecticut on October 5, 1999. Her mom, Rosa Tenorio, who wasn’t supposed to have her, took her. Police issued a warrant for Rosa’s arrest in December 1999.
Rosa (born February 26, 1972) is Hispanic, about 5 feet tall and weighs 120 pounds. She has brown hair and eyes, but might have changed her hair color or style. She might also use the names Rosita or Guadalupe, and the last name Minor. She has a small scar on her right cheek and burn marks on her arms and neck. A picture of Rosa is available.
Rosa and Andrea may be in Mexico, possibly in Pueblo. Rosa is good at crossing the border illegally and might be in the US without permission because her papers are expired. There were some possible sightings of Andrea in New Jersey and Hartford, Connecticut, but they weren’t confirmed.
The case is still open and Andrea hasn’t been found.
