- In August 1999, a sculptor named Dudding went to Florida to see a friend. One night, he went for a walk on the beach and vanished. He left everything behind – his car, wallet, keys, the works. His wife thinks he committed suicide and his body was lost at sea; she wrote a book about it and had him declared legally dead. But the police aren’t sure; they think he might have just disappeared on purpose. It’s a mystery, and he’s never been found. He left behind a young child.
