Details of Disappearance:
Andrew Fluegelman was a big name in the early computer world. He ran PC World and Mac World magazines and created a popular computer program called PC-Talk III. He even owned the copyright to the word “freeware”!

One day in July 1985, he left his home, went to work, and called his wife. Then, he vanished. A week later, his car was found near the Golden Gate Bridge, and a suicide note was inside. Police believe he jumped off the bridge, but his body was never found. His friends said he’d been acting strangely before he disappeared. Though his family held a memorial service for him, the mystery of what happened remains unsolved.
