- Details of Disappearance:
- On August 3, 2015, Molohon disappeared. He was last seen in Norfolk, Virginia, leaving his home around 10:30 a.m. in his black Ford F-150 pickup truck (license plate PF-1653). The truck had a surfboard, a red oval sticker on the back window, and a silver toolbox.
He missed a doctor’s appointment that day. When his wife returned home at 2:00 p.m., he was gone, leaving his phone and medicine behind.
Two days later, his truck was found abandoned on a beach in Corolla, North Carolina – about a two-hour drive away. His surfboard (which hadn’t been used in years), shoes, and socks were in the truck, covered in sand.
Police think he may have drowned, but his wife suspects something more sinister happened. The case remains a mystery.
