- Details of Disappearance:
- In May 1986, a woman named Klug, who lived in Richmond, Virginia, and worked at a law firm, disappeared. She had a normal phone call with her boyfriend (also a co-worker) around 11:30 pm on May 20th. The next morning, she didn’t go to work, so the police were called.
Everything was at her house: her car, her dog, her clothes, jewelry, etc. The only things missing were her purse and a large suitcase. There were no signs of a struggle or clues about what happened. She’s never been seen or heard from again.
Police don’t think she was taken by a serial killer, but they suspect something bad happened to her. They point out that she loved her dog and wouldn’t have left without making plans for its care. The case remains a mystery.
