- On August 6, 1998, Moreno was last seen having lunch in Sacramento, California. Someone may have seen him at a Home Depot later that day, but it’s not certain.
His white 1997 Nissan Pathfinder (license plate 3VlP084) might have been spotted on a highway south of Sacramento the next day, but it’s unclear if he was driving it.
