Distinguishing Characteristics:: Distinguishing Characteristics African-American female. Black hair, brown eyes. Wilkerson’s hair was cut very short at the time of her disappearance, in a style similar to a bald facde. She has tattoos on both legs, a tattoo of the phrase “I Love My Family” on her right arm, and a tattoo on her left hand of the initials “LS” inside a heart. She may also have a scar on her scalp. Her nickname is Puffer.
Details of Disappearance:: Wilkerson disappeared in Chicago on October 1, 2007. The last place she was seen was near South Wentworth Avenue (around 3200 South). Before she vanished, she often spent time in the area of South Halsted Street, between 5500 and 5800 South. Not much is known about what happened to her.
