Details of Disappearance:: Two women disappeared in North Carolina: Allison Jackson-Foy in July 2006 and Rothen in June 2007. A year later, in April 2008, their bodies were found together near Carolina Beach Road. It took a while to be sure, but they were eventually identified. Rothen died from a cut to her neck, and her skull and face were broken. The cause of Jackson-Foy’s death is still unknown. Police think one person killed both women, and the case is still being investigated.
