- Details of Disappearance:
- On September 7, 2012, Chingliak disappeared. She and two men, her brothers-in-law, were on a boat trip. They were delivering free food from a fish factory in Goodnews Bay, Alaska. Their boat, a 20-foot flat-bottomed one with a powerful motor, sank about twelve miles from shore. That was the last time anyone saw Chingliak.
