- On January 25, 1984, Robert Burns left his home in Rochester, Pennsylvania to go to work. He was supposed to be at the J&L Steel Mill in Aliquippa by 6 a.m. He never showed up for his shift and has been missing ever since.
His blue 1974 Dodge car was found later, abandoned on a bridge in Rochester. The car’s engine was still running, but Burns wasn’t there. Police have never found him, and the case remains a mystery.
