Leopold disappeared from Jewell, Iowa on October 13, 2016. He was working at a meatpacking plant (W&G Marketing) and left early at 6:30 PM, saying he needed to get his medicine. He never came back and nobody has heard from him since. He left his shoes, wallet, sunglasses, and cigarettes at work.
