- Rincon was last seen in his Covina, California apartment on August 3, 1995. His landlord talked to him that day about late rent. When his sister went to check on him on August 14th because she hadn’t heard from him, he was gone, but nothing looked out of the ordinary in his apartment – no signs of a fight or anything strange.
