He is missing a front tooth on the right side.
Details of Disappearance:
On February 8, 2007, in Bisbee, Arizona, Kirchoff disappeared. He was driving his mom’s gold 1992 Nissan Maxima (VIN: JN1HJO1F5NT025326). He got into a fight with a group of men (maybe seven) at Esperanza Apartments. While trying to escape, he crashed into another car. A gunshot was heard, and the men pulled Kirchoff out of his car and into the backseat. They drove off in his car, following a dark-colored car, toward the Mexican border (just five miles away).

Police arrived around 11:30 p.m. and found a bullet casing. Kirchoff and his car have never been found.

Kirchoff had a criminal record (DUI, drug charges). His mom said he was clean before he vanished, but suspects his disappearance is drug-related. Police have four suspects, who they questioned, but haven’t been able to charge. These suspects are now believed to be in Mexico. It’s possible Kirchoff was taken to Mexico, but there’s no record of him or his car crossing the border.

Kirchoff left behind a girlfriend and a young son. He always talked to his mom daily, so his disappearance is very strange. Police believe he was likely harmed and his case remains unsolved.
