- Details of Disappearance:
- Kami and her boyfriend, Eugene, disappeared from Boiler Bay State Park in Oregon on November 21, 2001. They were visiting with Eugene’s grandparents and went to look at the tide pools around 10 a.m. They were never seen again.
Police think a big storm that hit that day caused a huge wave that swept them into the ocean and they drowned. Days later, one of Eugene’s shoes was found nearby. Sadly, their bodies were never found. They lived in Stayton, Oregon.
