- On July 16, 1977, Beltram disappeared. He was in Brentwood, California with his girlfriend, Bungy Silva (age 19), and Bungy’s sister, Rebecca Rodriguez. They were all at Brentwood Park that night. The last anyone heard, they were heading either to Hogg Island or back to their home in Oakley, California.
