- Griebel vanished from Maquoketa, Iowa on February 26, 2004, and hasn’t been seen or heard from since. He had a past record for burglaries, and just before he disappeared, he was charged with making meth. A warrant for his arrest was issued in May 2004. His partner in the meth case went to prison. Nobody knows for sure if Griebel disappeared to avoid arrest or for some other reason. Police are looking for him, and his case is still a mystery.
