- Distinguishing Characteristics African-American male. Black hair, brown eyes. McCloud has a mustache and small goatee when he was last seen. He has a receding hairline. At the time he vanished, he had a very thin build.
- Details of Disappearance:
- McCloud disappeared from Hardeeville, South Carolina, sometime around February 2001. His family didn’t report him missing until May 23rd. He was living in a rundown, abandoned house without electricity when he vanished, and all his belongings were left behind. Police know he’d been in a fight before disappearing, but it’s not clear if that’s connected to his case. McCloud sometimes hung out at places where drugs were used and occasionally visited Savannah, Georgia, but he’d never been gone this long without contacting his family. Because of these factors, police think foul play might be involved, but the case remains a mystery.
