Details of Disappearance:
On September 5, 1976, Lisa disappeared in Walnut Creek, California. She was last seen at 7:00 PM riding her bike to a BART station. She was expected home by 8:00 PM but never arrived. Her parents reported her missing at 9:00 PM.

Three hours later, her bike was found abandoned in Heather Farms Park, near a canal. Witnesses saw Lisa near the park entrance. Around 7:30 PM, witnesses also saw a man in his early 40s with brown curly hair, a mustache, and a heavy build riding a motorcycle. A young Caucasian girl (8-12 years old) wearing a white helmet was on the motorcycle with him. It’s unclear if the girl was Lisa.

Louis Richard Fresquez is the main suspect. He was 34 in 1976 and has a history of sex crimes (he was in prison from 1987-2012). However, there wasn’t enough evidence to charge him with Lisa’s disappearance.

Lisa’s case is suspicious and remains unsolved.
