- On January 5, 1987, a man named Daughenbaugh was last seen in North Carolina, loading his gold 1973 Chevrolet truck. He was heading to Houston, Texas, to see a friend and find a trucking job. He never made it.
Two months later, his empty truck was found at a truck stop in Charlotte, North Carolina. His belongings were gone, but the keys were still in the truck.
Daughenbaugh had some past criminal issues, but nothing since he disappeared. Police think something bad happened to him.
