Details of Disappearance:: Smith was homeless in Sacramento, California. Her family in Ohio last spoke to her on the phone around April 2018. She was arrested in Sacramento on March 2nd, 2019, and released from jail two days later. That was the last time anyone saw her. There’s not much information about what happened to her after that.
