- Manuel disappeared on December 21, 2013. The last time anyone saw him was near 16th Avenue and Glendale Road in Phoenix, Arizona. He’s never been seen or heard from since. We don’t know for sure where he went – he might still be in the Phoenix area, or he might have gone to Winslow, Arizona. There isn’t much information about what happened to him.
