Details of Disappearance:
On October 30, 2003, a woman named Peterson vanished. She was last seen around 11:00 a.m. near Cumberland Parkway in Marietta, Georgia, where she lived in a motel. She has five children and was trying to reconcile with her husband, whom she’d been separated from for less than a year.

Before she disappeared, Peterson had some troubles: she’d spent time in jail for minor crimes, lost her mortgage business, and had borrowed a large sum of money from a man who later threatened her. Another man who’d helped her with her education was using a fake name. Police aren’t sure if these men were involved in her disappearance.

Although her sister said Peterson seemed hopeful about the future, police suspect foul play. There’s even a possibility she may have gone to New York. The case remains a mystery.
