- Details of Disappearance:
- On May 11, 2010, Potts disappeared from his home on Green Street in Claymont, Delaware. He’d called his mom earlier that day, saying he was very sad and thinking about hurting himself because of money troubles. His mom rushed over, but he and his black 2003 GMC Yukon (Delaware license plate PC478018) were gone.
Witnesses saw someone drive that same type of car onto the Commodore Barry Bridge around 9:35 a.m., get out, and jump into the Delaware River. Police found Potts’s car on the bridge, but they never found his body. He’s still considered a missing person.
