- Someone named Washington was last seen in New Orleans on April 19, 2018, and hasn’t been seen or heard from since. His car was later found abandoned on a bridge (the Crescent City Connection Bridge on US Highway 90). People saw someone walking near the car around 9 pm that night, but they didn’t know who it was. Not much else is known about what happened.
