- On October 1, 1986, Susan Evans had dinner with her husband in Vacaville, California, and then drove to a friend’s house. She never got there. Her car was found a few days later, abandoned in Vallejo, California. Nothing was found in the car to explain her disappearance – no signs of a fight, no clues, and her purse was gone. Police have checked out her family and friends, and they’re not suspects. It’s a mystery, and because of the strange circumstances, her disappearance is considered suspicious.
