- In December 1985, a man named Riemer vanished from Pierce County, Washington, along with his girlfriend Diana and their toddler daughter. The little girl was found alone at a store later that day. The next February, Diana’s body was discovered; she had been brutally murdered. Riemer remained missing for over 25 years until his skull was found in 2011, near where Diana’s body was found. Police still don’t know for sure how he died, and Diana’s murder remains a mystery.
