- Distinguishing Characteristics Caucasian male. Black hair, eyes. Watkins may use the last names Hamilton and/or Walkins. He has a tattoo of a marijuana plant on his left arm at the shoulder. He has one blue eye and one brown eye.
- Details of Disappearance:
- In early November 1998, Watkins drove from Lincoln, Nebraska, to Bakersfield, California, for Thanksgiving with his daughter. Police stopped him briefly in California on November 16th, but he wasn’t reported missing then. He never reached Bakersfield. Later that month, he was arrested in Tijuana, Mexico and released on December 23rd. That’s the last anyone saw him. He abandoned his car in Tijuana and vanished. Nobody reported him missing until 2002, and Nebraska police are still trying to find out what happened.
