- Owens disappeared in Stuttgart, Arkansas. The last time anyone saw her was near a car wash (KWIKI) on East 13th and South Main Streets on April 21, 2015. Although she hadn’t talked to her family since April 19th, police did see her on the 20th and 21st. She’s never been seen or heard from since.
This is unusual for Owens; she was always in regular contact with her family and used her phone often. Because she has a mental disability and disappeared unexpectedly, her family is very worried about her. There isn’t much information available about what happened.
